Printer Warranties
Warranties:
All of our reconditioned Poster Printer models come with a 6 month
warranty good from date of shipment and refer to any mechanical defects or
operational problems. This means if a part goes out, or an
adjustment has to be made by us, rather than something you can fix on
your own, we'll fix it at no charge. We will take full
responsibility as long as the problem is not due to neglect or damage to
the equipment while in your possession.
If a printer is returned for
repair during the warranty period and not repairable, very rare, we will replace the printer
with like value equipment. Items must be returned in similar
condition as originally received. We will provide packing
instructions for any returns or repairs. However, any physical damage to
the printer during shipment is the responsibility of the owner. All shipping & packaging costs are the responsibility of the owner
of the machine in or outside of the warranty period. We
do recommend that you retain all original packaging materials for at
least the first month if not longer.
Along with the six month warranty also comes FREE phone support for as long as you
own your poster printer. Typically, ProImage® machines can easily
be diagnosed and fixed with your help right over
the phone.

Extended
Warranties
We are now offering additional
six month extended warranties on
our refurbished equipment. This extended warranty begins at the
end of the original six month warranty period. Costs for
this extended period are an additional $99.00 and must be purchased at
the same time as the purchase of the poster printer.
